2019 | At the end of the year 2019, our partners UNDP Armenia solicited our agency, to conceive and plan a very high-level event; a 2-day conference for The State Revenue Committee of Armenia: Digital Solutions for Cross Border Cooperation and Trade Facilitation
So, the creative team, with the leadership of the marketing and events team jumped on the task. They delivered a flawless plan that incorporated the entire needs of the event from A-Z. This important Conference took place in Yerevan in November headed by the Deputy Prime Minister of Armenia. Moreover, the event was organized within the frames of the EU-funded “Support to Migration and Border Management in Armenia” (MIBMA) project.

designers created the event branding and all its collateral including print and digital material. In addition, the events management team ensured the quality implementation of the logistics, technical solutions, set up and event flow.
The Achievement
Finally, high-profile guests from over 10 countries joined the Conference. It served a platform for sharing international knowledge and expertise about customs regulations and clearance in Armenia. Among the high-level guests were Secretary General of World Customs Organization Kunio Mikuria and the Head of the EU Delegation to Armenia, Ms. Andrea Wiktorin, government representatives of the Republic of Armenia and delegates from the Islamic Republic of Iran and Georgia. In conclusion, Armenia signed a memorandum for digitizing and simplifying regulations at Customs Houses with Iran and Georgia.
